Welcome to Southwest Harbor! We spend hurricane season here taking guests out from Beal’s Lobster Pier to Sail in the crisp New England air aboard our classic 46 foot ketch rigged Oyster! When aboard with us there is no destination per se, as once stepping aboard you have already arrived! All our trips are BYO to enjoy as you see fit! What you can expect to see while aboard is limitless. Between the porpoises, seals, and other harbor creatures, plus the stunning views of the harbor and surrounding coves, inlets, and islands, it’s truly wonderful on Mount Desert Island!
Have the mountain peaks that you hike be pointed out from the water and enjoy a moment to take in the beauty of Acadia from a very different perspective while gliding through the ocean waves in a real sailboat.
Morning Sail
Start your morning in Maine the right way with a refreshing sail through the New England air and then end it the best way with lunch at Beal’s Lobster Pier. $99 per person or book a private trip for $550 with up to 6 of your nearest and dearest.
Please note that we run with a 4 person minimum for by the seat trips and trips will be grouped accordingly.
Picnic Sail
Board the boat with a picnic lunch or grab a take-out lunch from Beal’s Lobster Pier to experience a proper Maine day of sailing & seafood. $99 per person or book a private trip for $550 with up to 6 of your nearest and dearest.

Evening Sail
Sail off into the twilight as the sun lowers over the harbor & the evening calms the day. Make it a dinner cruise with meals from Beal’s and don’t forget your drinks! $99 per person or book a private trip for $550 with up to 6 of your nearest and dearest.
